The Little Shop of Happiness specialises in pre-made gift boxes filled with products designed to inspire happiness and joy. All of our products are either made by us or are sourced from other Australian small businesses. Our boxes have been designed as a unique and quirky gift to send someone who needs a
little boost of happiness in their life. A great alternative to conventional gifts such as flowers or chocolate, our boxes come packed with a thoughtful combination of fun products to inspire happiness and wellbeing. Our online shop makes it quick and easy to send a special gift to brighten someone's day.
Every order from Little Shop of Happiness includes our beautiful, vibrant packaging, a handwritten note, and FREE express shipping!
Absolutely, this is the part we love! All gifts can be personalised by either adding a gift card at the checkout or just leaving a message in the comments section at the checkout. All notes will be lovingly handwritten by us, to give your gift that added personal touch.
STEP 1
As soon as your order is submitted, a little “ping” goes off on our
phones. This is our signal to drop whatever we are doing and bust
out a little happy dance to celebrate!
STEP 2
When the dancing winds down, we jump into action: assembling your
package, wrapping it with love, and carefully handwriting your
personalized message onto your recipient’s card.
STEP 2
Orders are processed and despatched the next
business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11 AM
WST on Friday will spend the weekend dreaming of all the fun they
will have with their recipient, before eagerly bolting out the door first
thing on Monday morning.
STEP 4
All orders are sent via Express Post from Perth, and will be
delivered in just 1-3 days depending on location.
STEP 5
The recipient opens a gorgeous, sunshiny box full of love and
goodies from you, and will probably do a little happy dance
themselves!
MORE ABOUT EXPRESS POST:For your peace of mind, you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel when you place your order. Orders are delivered in 1-3 business days Australia-wide,with possible exceptions due to COVID-related transport disruptions.
MORE ABOUT ‘AUTHORITY TO LEAVE’
• By placing an order, you agree that you give the courier service ‘Authority To Leave’the package in a safe spot if no one is home (this is standard practice and ensuresyour package gets to the recipient as quickly as possible).
• If you do not wish to give your order ‘Authority To Leave,’ please inform us before your order has been processed, or leave a note in the ‘comments’ section when placing your order. You may be required to pay the post office holding fee of $10 if no one is home and the package is returned to the post office.
• For deliveries to a residential address, please provide the recipient’s telephone number if possible. If the delivery cannot be made, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to collect their package from their local post office.
• For deliveries to a hospital or nursing home, please provide as much information as possible (such as level, ward and room number). Also make sure they haven’t been discharged by the time the delivery gets there.
We use the best courier service in the country to ensure your packages are delivered quickly and safely. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept a specified delivery time (for example, 5:00 PM).
Oh no—we’re so sorry! We are human, and we work with humans to deliver your packages, soso once in a blue moon, things happen. Sometimes a force of nature, a courier delay, or other unforeseen circumstances can occur. No matter the reason, don’t worry; we will always do everything in our power to get your packages delivered quickly and safely!

Delivery dates are requests only! We aim to have your hamper arrive before the requested date. Delivery is next business day to merto areas if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday and 1-3 days to all other locations. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for next business day.
