All prices prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars.

Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and are sent via courier. Once the order has been despatched a tracking number will be sent to you via email so that your order can be tracked. Once the order has been despatched is the responsibility of the courier to get it to you in good condition and in a timely manner. If you are not satisfied with the timeframe in which your box is delivered or the condition it arrives in, please contact our team and we will do our best to rectify it.

We do not give refunds for change of mind. If the product is faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the order and send out another item if necessary.
